Document Analysis and Management
USIS performs ongoing data analysis and management processes to include the use
of information flow systems. The management and interpretation of large volumes
of hard-copy and electronic files and documents, in accordance with various security
and regulatory requirements, is also completed daily. Other functional areas include
files maintenance services of over 500,000 active files and over 16 million documents
that are handled yearly, along with the adherence of compliance measures in regard
to FOIA/PA regulations.
Mailroom Solutions
We process more than 4 million pieces of incoming mail and 8 million pieces of outgoing
mail every year from multiple locations. Some of our offerings for your mailroom
solutions include the use of automated manifesting tracking processes, maximization
of postal service discounts and proficiency in complex mail sorting, processing
and routing services. USIS also maintains excellent relationships with many priority
shipping vendors for more efficient deliverables.
Data Transcription Services
Our data entry department consists of over 400 dedicated employees who daily process
large volumes of work with extreme accuracy. We complete over 2.1 million background
investigations annually, with the process starting in our transcription services
department, where each multi-page investigation is entered. We also have extensive
experience in the interpretation of raw data and application of customer specifications,
along with daily use of complex proprietary data systems.
Document Printing/Imaging
A key element in any document management solution is the printing and imaging process.
This is another area where USIS has successfully performed for over 10 years. Over
675,000 documents are scanned yearly with the production of more than 780,000 files
that have been printed, duplicated, collated and assembled. There are also 4 million
cases that we image each year. Other areas of expertise include the management of
automated data interpretation systems and the retrieval and printing of microfilm
records.
Courier Services
USIS has broad experience in the area of courier services to include the secured
deliverance of over 27,500 lockboxes of investigative material to 3 separate geographic
