Drug & alcohol testing
USIS features a full line of drug and alcohol testing solutions, including rapid testing through an exclusive partnership with eScreen, as well as DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing services.
Physical exams
USIS offers physical exam services to determine an employee’s physical suitability to perform his or her job.
Developed by statistical consultants, the USIS Random Selection Program ensures statistical validity. Clients can choose to have selections made on a quarterly or monthly basis. USIS can provide selection and update notifications in either electronic or hardcopy format.
DOT Random Program:
- Confirm what DOT operating agency(s) they operate under (FMCSA, FTA, FAA, RSPA, FRA or USCG – each agency has different random rates).
- Individual or national pool (individual pool will provide alternates)
- Random Notification: Send notification to Client Corporate or each location (assuming multiple locations).
- Frequency of Selections – monthly or quarterly
nonDOT Random Program:
- Client must confirm annual random selection rate, client determines this, not USIS.
- Client must confirm if they want selections for drug or drug and alcohol both
- Individual or national pool (individual pool will provide alternates)
- Random Notification: Send notification to Client Corporate or each location (assuming multiple locations).
- Frequency of Selections – monthly or quarterly
**if enroll and want USIS to start processing Random selections after January 1, client will need to inform us tested % YTD so we can prorate our random selections for them the rest of the year. If not, we’ll assume they want the minimum rates established for account.
Alternative Testing
In addition to urine testing, USIS can provide alternative and on-site testing options, including saliva and hair testing. Specific product recommendations are based upon client needs.
