Drug and Alcohol History Database

The USIS Drug and Alcohol History Database contains drug/alcohol histories from more than 2500 motor carriers. There are 2 types of records: a history associated with a period of service employment history and pre-employment test results. Access to the data is available combined with an Employment History File Search or standalone. Data access is contingent upon record contribution to the database.
