20/20 National Criminal Database

USIS 20/20 product searches the more than 226 million felonies, misdemeanors, and infractions of the 20/20 database offenses. USIS 20/20 National Criminal Search includes available records from State and county criminal record repositories, States Administrative Offices of Courts, States Departments of Corrections (prison, parole, and release files), sex offender registries, other state agencies (Departments of Public Safety), USIS proprietary record information - collected from past criminal searches in all 50 states. Convictions and non-convictions (subject to FCRA restrictions) are reported. New records are added to the database daily. Included with each USIS 20/20 search – at no additional charge – is a Federal Wanted Persons Security Screen and Security Watch List search.

To comply with FCRA section 613 that deals with the use of public record information for employment purposes, derogatory letters and a copy of the report will be mailed to all Applicants with record information.

California - California AB 655 is California’s version of the FCRA. AB 655 prohibits the use of database searches on California residents for employment within California. As a temporary solution, the product will not be available – as a stand alone or bundled product - to any Client that is physically located in California ( California address).
