SUBJECT: USIS Holds First Annual Leadership Conference

Randy Dobbs, CEO for USIS, led the first annual USIS Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, November 6-9, 2005. The conference gathered the top 250 leaders of USIS to begin the process of moving the company through its next phase of growth and opportunity. In addition to presentations from the executive leadership team on their divisional and functional operations, Dobbs focused on continuous improvement and company-wide collaboration, and previewed the new Vision, Mission, and Key Strategies for USIS.

These new directions for USIS will be outlined in detail in the near future. They will clearly focus USIS, its leaders, and its associates on a unified and collaborative drive for success, forge new bridges across the company, and empower all employees to help make USIS the best company it can be.
