DATE: April 28, 2006 - Falls Church, VA SUBJECT: USIS names leaders to focus on Business Development FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 28, 2006 - USIS, a worldwide provider of screening and security services to corporate and government clients and the largest supplier of security investigations to the U.S. government, has named Mark Skinner, vice president of business development, and Sam Kirton, director of market development. Skinner comes to USIS from Adobe Systems Inc. where he served as director global alliances, government sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management and business development. Prior to this, he was EAI Corporation's senior vice president of business development, and earlier served as vice president of business development at General Dynamics (Veridian). In his new position, Skinner will lead the business development team, and will report to Randy Rehovich, interim president of USIS' national security and global services business that provides consulting, staffing, and management services for the intelligence community and U.S. government agencies. Kirton joins USIS from General Dynamics where he has been employed since 1997, most recently serving as the senior manager of intelligence mission solutions for General Dynamics' mission operations group. Prior to General Dynamics, Kirton was a special agent, technical services manager, with the U.S. Air Force's Office of Special Investigations. He served in positions of increasing responsibility with that organization for 17 years, and also spent five years with the U.S. Air Force's Security Police. Kirton will report to Mark Skinner.
