SUBJECT: William Mixon Appointed President, USIS Investigations Services Division (ISD)

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Mixon to the position of President, Investigative Services Division (ISD). Bill will be joining the company on May 1, 2005, and will be located in the Falls Church, Virginia office. He comes to us from Philips Medical Systems, North America where he most recently headed-up the North American Service Business. Bill's organization consisted of nine functional businesses with 3500 field employees dispersed across the country. Earlier in his career with Philips, Bill led the Sales Operations Department. Prior to joining Philips, Bill held key roles at Mitchell International and Baxter International. Bill also served in US military from 1985 to 1989 as an Army helicopter pilot.

Bill will be working with the ISD management team to improve efficiency and position the Division for long-term success. He will be working to develop leadership across the Division and make sure that all of our employees are engaged so that ISD continues to be the best investigative services company in the marketplace. Bill will soon be traveling around the country to meet Division employees, learn more about our processes, and listen to employee thoughts and suggestions on how to improve Division operations.
