In this role, DeLeonardis will lead all Sarbanes-Oxley Act IT compliance programs and USIS information security projects. She will continue to lead the business information systems group and oversee its associated IT projects. DeLeonardis, who joined USIS in May 2005 as director of business information systems, came to the company from Philips Medical Systems where she worked on various IT programs including master data management, business systems, large-scale IT implementations, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.
