New Director of Recruiting pushing ahead to find security industry pros

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Dec. 8, 2006 - Even if you are a leading, worldwide provider of security services and screening work for corporate and government customers, it can be a challenge to find the right people to fill top positions. That is why USIS and its Professional Services Division business looked for and found the best when it hired the company's new director of recruiting, Ron Kauffman.

With over 20 years of experience at all levels in recruiting, and having worked in very challenging recruiting environments for most of his career, Kauffman is - not surprisingly - ready to face the challenge.
