DATE: August 30, 2006 SUBJECT: USIS's new president has significant government and commercial experience USIS, a worldwide provider of screening and security services to corporate and government clients and the largest supplier of security investigations to the U.S. government, has named Michael Fraser to the position of president of its Professional Services Division (USIS-PSD). USIS-PSD provides consulting, staffing, and management services for the intelligence community and federal government agencies. "Mike was selected to lead our national security and global services business because of his significant experience in both government and commercial markets," said Randy Dobbs, CEO of USIS. "He also has extensive experience in developing and implementing business strategies that grow businesses by exceeding customer expectations and emphasizing teamwork. He is the right leader for this important business." Fraser was formerly the CEO of BT Health Integration Services, a $1.75 billion division of the British Telecommunications Global Services business. Before moving to London to head up this enterprise, he was the vice president and general manager, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, for General Dynamics' advanced information systems division. Prior to his more recent positions, Fraser held a series of senior executive and leadership positions of increasing responsibility with General Dynamics, Veridian, Sytel, and Trident Data Systems. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service in the officer corps.
