USIS’ largest business joins Western Pennsylvania roundtable of local leaders

GROVE CITY, Pa., Nov. 12, 2007 – USIS’ largest business unit, which is part of the Investigative Services Division and located in Western Pennsylvania (WPA), recently co-hosted a Business Leaders’ Roundtable at an underground mine in nearby Boyers, Pa., which is one of the business’s offices.

The local Business Roundtable is made up of Grove City, Pa., business leaders – area CEOs and presidents of businesses with more than 50 employees – who use the regular meeting opportunity to network and exchange ideas.

The group of 25 toured the mine, which serves as a secure underground storage facility and one of the business’s offices. The area business leaders considered it a unique opportunity to learn more about Iron Mountain’s history and USIS operations located there.

Mike Santelli, USIS vice president of WPA operations, spoke to the group. “This was another opportunity for WPA to support the community in which we live and work, continue the marketing and branding exercise that we have started over the past quarter, and attempt to identify potential local business partners and customer prospects,” Santelli said.

During the mine tour, the group of business leaders also visited the Warner Brothers data vault that houses all of the original film for WB movies including “Gone with the Wind.”  They visited the Iron Mountain data center and an area that houses the Flight 93 memorabilia left by visitors to the Sept. 11th crash site. The memorabilia is being held for safe keeping until the memorial/museum is completed at Shanksville, Pa.
