SUBJECT: USIS Announces Leadership Changes

Two significant changes in the executive leadership team were announced by USIS CEO Randy Dobbs.

Philip T. Sweeney, an original member of the executive team since USIS' inception in 1996, first as Corporate Controller and since 1999 as CFO, has accepted the position of Senior Vice President for Business Development. In his new role, Sweeney will lead USIS activities in Strategic Planning, Corporate Marketing, Public and Media Relations, Government Affairs, and Mergers and Acquisitions. "During almost a decade as a senior financial executive, Phil has successfully led the company financially through a succession of phases, including several major acquisitions," said CEO Randy Dobbs.

At the same time, Dobbs announced the appointment of David A. Kaminsky as the new CFO for USIS. Kaminsky will join USIS on November 14th, having most recently served as CFO for GE North American Leasing, a $15 billion financial services company. He previously served as CFO and COO for GE Information Technology Solutions, Europe, Vice President of Finance for the DPF Group, Ltd, and Senior Accountant for Peat Marwick Main and Co. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
