USIS IT leadership team adds three managers

FALLS CHURCH, Va., March 19, 2007 – USIS, a worldwide provider of screening and security services to corporate and government clients and the largest supplier of security investigations to the U.S. government, has added strength to its Information Technology leadership team, naming Doug Kinney, Dodie Saunders, and Lori Grossman to key management positions. The appointments are effective immediately.

“Our commitment to retaining and attracting top IT talent is demonstrated by our decision to appoint Doug, Dodie, and Lori to these key leadership roles,” said James Choi, vice president and chief technology and information officer. “Through these promotions and this new team line up, we will strengthen USIS’ ability to support its large and geographically dispersed workforce, and, in turn, we drive customer value through superb technology-based processes and capabilities.”

Doug Kinney has been named eProcess manager application development and will oversee e-process development as well as focus on the scalability and reliability of all e-Process tools. Kinney has been with USIS for almost two years and he will work in the company’s Falls Church location, reporting to Aaron Lavigne, director of eProcess.

Dodie Saunders has assumed the position of IT help desk manager, reporting to Rory Job, director of technology architecture. In her role, Saunders will operate out of the USIS Grove City, Pa., office and will oversee initiatives to the help desk to bring about improved service levels. Saunders spent seven years with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) before joining USIS in July 1997 as a computer technician.

Lori Grossman has been promoted to manager of applications support and will work in Grove City, Pa., reporting to Catherine DeLeonardis, director of information security and business systems. She will support all day-to-day applications and manage her team of application support specialists and business systems analysts. Grossman has been with USIS since 2001.
