Convergence approach to security featured at ASIS Seminar

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 25, 2007 – USIS National Security Division, which is a global supplier of all aspects of security solutions for mission critical needs, will provide information about its security convergence approach to national security services as one of the sponsors of ASIS International’s Government & Industry Security Technology Seminar on November 7, 2007. USIS is a member of ASIS International, National Capital Chapter (NCC).

Presentations and discussions by the National Security Division of USIS will educate those attending about the security convergence approach it uses in providing diversified, customer-focused security solutions. The seminar, which is for security and information protection professionals, will have panels and presenters covering convergence area topics that include:

For the seminar, NCC has partnered with Open Security Exchange (OSE) to present “Convergence – Where Logical & Physical Security Intersect.” OSE is an association working to accelerate the widespread convergence of physical security with IT. This year, OSE released an innovative “Convergence Roadmap,” which allows companies a highly efficient approach toward convergent security systems.
