USIS hires Chief Financial Officer for its Commercial Services Division

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Sept. 18, 2007 - USIS has hired Mark Mayo to be Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Commercial Services Division (CSD) that provides background screening and drug testing services to commercial businesses across the U.S. Mayo was most recently CFO at General Electric’s Trailer Fleet Services in Philadelphia, Pa.

Mayo will work out of the USIS Falls Church, Va. headquarters and will report to USIS corporate CFO David Kaminsky. He will also work closely with CSD’s leadership, assisting in the day-to-day financial oversight and strategic vision of that business.

Mayo had a 13-year career in GE’s finance organization and served in positions of increasing responsibility including CFO for GE’s Railcar Europe business and CFO for its Express Financial Solutions business.
