EEO Services
At USIS, we understand the sensitive nature and potential disruption of discrimination complaints; therefore, we employ only fully trained, experienced and mature counselors, investigators and mediators. We require a minimum of 10 years of relevant EEO or comparable investigation experience and require that each employee successfully complete our in-house training before being given a field assignment.
