Randy E. Dobbs

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Randy Dobbs has served as our Chief Executive Officer since February 2005. Prior to joining USIS, Mr. Dobbs served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Philips Medical Systems, North America, from April 2003 to February 2005. Prior to Philips Medical, Mr. Dobbs was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital, IT Solutions from February 2000 to March 2003. Mr. Dobbs worked at GE for over 25 years, and served in a series of senior leadership positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of divisions, including Global Services, Information Technology Solutions; Industrial Control Systems, Engineering Services; Medical Systems Division, South East Region and Latin America; and Motors Division, Marketing. Mr. Dobbs graduated from Arkansas State University and is a distinguished graduate of several GE business development programs.
