John E. Moore

Vice President of Operations

Mr. John Moore has served as our Vice President of Operations since April 2005. Before coming to USIS, Mr. Moore, served as President and CEO of GE Capital IT Solutions, Mexico City, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to 2000, Mr. Moore served in a series of leadership positions including President, Hunter Fan Corporation, Monterrey, Mexico; President, InterGlobal Electronics, Juarez, Mexico; President, Chloride Group, PLC Juarez, Mexico; and General Manager of a GE electronics manufacturing facility, also in Juarez. Mr. Moore was a two time winner of GE’s Management Award for Excellence and is a distinguished graduate of several GE business development programs. Mr. Moore holds a degree in Marketing and Management, is bilingual (Spanish-English) and is a Greenbelt trained in Six Sigma process methodologies.
