David A. Whitmore

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. David Whitmore has served as our Senior Vice President, Human Resources, since November 2006. Prior to joining USIS, Mr. Whitmore served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Municipal Mortgage and Equity LLC of Baltimore, Md., from April 2005 to November 2006. Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Whitmore held a series of senior executive and leadership positions including Vice President Global Human Resources and Business Operations Support for SCIENTECH Inc., Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for DynCorp I&ET, and Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Columbia Energy Group. Mr. Whitmore has a B.S. degree in Psychology from Illinois State University and a M.S. degree in Education-Personnel and Guidance from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Whitmore also holds a professional instructor certification in Psychology and Counseling.
