Internal
First time visitors - Welcome!
Internal Postings
If you are interested in looking
at the opportunities currently available to USIS employees, please follow these
steps:
Clicking Internal Postings
will take you to a log in screen. Since this is your first visit, you will need
to build a profile before you can be recognized by the system. When you build your
profile, you will assign yourself login information, which will be necessary for
subsequent visits.
To submit your profile, click on "build your profile". In this section you can submit
as much or as little information as you'd like (required fields are in
RED); however, you will need to submit a resume if you choose to apply
for a position.
Once your profile is saved, you will see the "job search" screen. From here you
can search current internal postings by title, location or keyword. Follow the onscreen
directions to view job descriptions and apply for a position.
Important Note - it is only necessary to build your profile once, after you
have done so, the system will recognize you to search jobs and make referrals.
Referals
If you are interested in referring a friend
or family member for employment opportunities with USIS, please follow these steps:
Clicking Manage your Referrals
will take you to a log in screen. Since this is your first visit, you will need
to build a profile before you can be recognized by the system. When you build your
profile, you will assign yourself login information, which will be necessary for
subsequent visits.
To submit your profile, click on "build your profile". In this section you can submit
as much or as little information as you'd like (required fields are in
RED).
Once your profile is saved, you will see the "job search" screen. On this screen
you will see a "manage your referral" option - click on this.
From the referral section, you should click on the "add new referral" option. Please
note, when you submit a candidate as a referral, an invitation to apply is sent
from the system directly to the candidate. Your referral must then respond to that
invitation to be considered a referral. If your friend/family member does not respond,
we will not have any record of the referral in Human Resources.
Once your friend/family member responds to the invitation, he/she will be flagged
in the system and you will be notified by email of his/her status consistent with
our current referral policy.
This new system will enable you to personally check if your referral has responded
to the invitation by logging back onto the "manage your referral" page. Within 48
business hours of your candidate responding to the invitation, HR will change the
"approval status" from 'undetermined' to 'eligible'.
Important Note - it is only necessary to build your profile once, after you
have done so, the system will recognize you to search jobs and make referrals.
