About USIS DAC Services
USIS DAC Services has provided innovative screening solutions to the transportation industry since 1981, evolving from a business that began by supplying motor carriers with motor vehicle reports (MVRs) as a sole means to screen drivers to the industry’s premier source for comprehensive driver information and screening services.

The products and services DAC has developed over the past 25 years represent the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting safe and responsible transportation management. In 1986, DAC revolutionized the driver screening process by launching its Employment History File, a proprietary driver information repository that allows motor carriers to exchange employee work history information. Today, the database contains over 5.9 million records from more than 2,500 motor carriers and remains a unique product in the transportation industry. In 2007, DAC launched Driver Violation Alert (DVA), the company’s latest offering to help the transportation industry better understand the road behavior of its drivers.
