T. Graham Giusti joins USIS as Capture Manager for Government Contract Effort

FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 20, 2009 – US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS), the largest commercial provider of security investigation services to the federal government, a leading provider of pre-employment screening solutions, and a top provider of information services to the insurance industry has named T. Graham Giusti as Capture Manager for an Office of Security and Counterintelligence Support contract sponsored by the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Mr. Giusti reports to Sam Kirton, vice president of the Intelligence Security Group in USIS’ National Security Division, and leads contract capture efforts from USIS headquarters in Falls Church, Va.
 
Capture Manager Mr. Graham Giusti joined USIS after a distinguished 30-year career with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. He earned several promotions over the course of this time; his final assignment was Chief, Director’s Security Staff, NRO. During his tenure with the CIA, Mr. Giusti was recognized with numerous Meritorious Unit and Exceptional Performance awards.

Mr. Giusti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio.
