Peter L. Masanotti — CEO and President, USIS
Peter L. Masanotti is CEO and President of US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS). USIS is the largest commercial provider of background investigations to the federal government and provides a wide range of specialized solutions in training and law enforcement, records management, litigation support and infrastructure protection to high-profile government customers including multiple federal, state and local government agencies.
Mr. Masanotti, who joined USIS in November 2011, has significant experience in a number of industries including telecommunications, financial management in Business Process Outsourcing services, accounting and finance, Internet-enabled business services and health care.
Prior to USIS, Mr. Masanotti was CEO and President of MedQuist, a leading provider of clinical documentation software and services that has more than 14,000 employees worldwide. While there, he developed market-leading technology and service strategies to enable the organization to succeed in a highly competitive market and led the effort that resulted in a successful Initial Public Offering in January 2011.
Previously, Mr. Masanotti was Managing Director, Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing with Deutsche Bank and was responsible for managing all offshore labor and vendors providing services to the investment banking platform in the areas of document production and analytics. From 2005 to 2007, he was CEO and Executive Vice President of OfficeTiger LLC, a judgment-based knowledge process outsourcing firm, servicing major investment banks and Fortune 500 corporations. He was responsible for both onshore and offshore operations of the company, including those in India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines and managed overall day-to-day implementation and delivery of all services to customers.
From 2001 to 2005, he was CEO of Geller & Company, a privately held finance and accounting outsourcing firm. He also held executive positions at Baltimore Technologies Inc., a Dublin, Ireland-based e-security solutions provider, and at International Telecommunication Data Systems, Inc., a leading billing and customer care solutions provider to the wireless telecommunications industry. Mr. Masanotti began his career at the law firm of Kleban & Samor P.C., where he was a managing partner.
Mr. Masanotti is a graduate (cum laude) of Temple University of Law in Philadelphia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut-Storrs. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Advanced Health Media, LLC.

Christopher D. Tillery — President, USIS
Investigations Services Division
Christopher Tillery is president of USIS' Investigations Services Division, which
performs federal, state, and local background investigations, fraud investigations,
and site visits.
Mr. Tillery has been with USIS since 2000, starting as a special investigator in
Atlanta, Georgia. From July 2002 to 2005, he was district manager for Augusta, Georgia,
with responsibility for all aspects of investigations assigned to that geographic
area. Before becoming president of the Investigations Services Division, he most
recently served as the director for the division's Southern Business Unit, where
he provided strategic direction for the district offices.
Prior to USIS, Mr. Tillery was a client relations representative for Total System
Services Inc., of Columbus, Georgia, where he served as a liaison between programming
services and upper-level bank management.
Mr. Tillery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration
from the University of Alabama.

R. Michael Roberts — President, Global Security and Solutions Division
R. Michael Roberts is president of USIS’ Global Security and Solutions (GS&S) Division. GS&S is a global leader in the areas of Security, Intelligence Support, Litigation Support, Training and Records Management. With revenues in excess of $240M and over 2,000 employees, GS&S has the ability to provide broad and unique solutions and products to Government and Industry Customers.
USIS is composed of two divisions: Global Security and Solutions Division, which focuses on support services, training, surveillance detection, and security consulting and the Investigations Services Division, which is the U.S. government's largest supplier of background investigations and a provider of diverse investigations, including site visits, to all levels of government and law enforcement agencies.
Before joining USIS, Mr. Roberts was chief executive officer of Orlando-based Engineering Support Personnel (ESP), Inc., a Training and engineering services provider to the aerospace and defense industries.
Prior to working at ESP, Inc., Mr. Roberts was with Northrop Grumman Corporation. Throughout his 13-year career with Northrop Grumman, Mr. Roberts was promoted to progressively more responsible roles, including being named senior vice president and general manager for the Training and Simulation Group, where he supported customers including the U.S. Departments of Defense, Intelligence Agencies, Dept of State, and Homeland Security.
Mr. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Maryland University and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.

Andre S. Oberholzer — Chief Financial Officer, USIS
Andre Oberholzer is the chief financial officer of US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS). Mr. Oberholzer’s duties include leading an accounting, pricing, and financial planning, reporting and analysis organization and system to provide clarity and strategic financial and business guidance to all USIS businesses. He has served USIS in a number of high-level finance capacities since his arrival in 2006, including CFO of the Investigations Services Division, which is the largest commercial provider of background investigations to the federal government. Mr. Oberholzer has more than 27 years of financial executive experience, including significant finance and business positions in companies ranging from start-ups to major publicly held corporations. Prior to joining USIS, Mr. Oberholzer was the CFO and vice president of finance for WageWorks, Inc., a provider of healthcare savings account management for corporations and employees. He started his career in finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in a series of positions of increasing responsibility for more than 12 years.

Rory A. Job — Vice President of Information Technology, USIS
Rory Job is the vice president of Information Technology for US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS), a position he has held since October 2008. In his current role, Mr. Job works closely with the USIS senior management to lead the information technology function. He is responsible for all of USIS’ information technology efforts, including developing the company’s IT strategic plan and operating budget. Mr. Job also manages all USIS IT assets, as well as the implementation of new systems and services to accommodate growing mission priorities.
From 2006 to 2008, he was the director of architecture and infrastructure for Altegrity, USIS’ holding company. While serving in that position, he designed and managed technology infrastructure and operations for the entire Altegrity company including data center operations, LAN/WAN, Telecommunications, and help desk support. He also worked closely with the Chief Technology and Information Officer and corporate leadership to establish service levels, priorities and the technology strategic plan.
Prior to joining USIS in 2006, Mr. Job worked for 15 years in the software development and IT consulting industry. He has been published in a number of manufacturing automation journals and is the author of a book on web development with Visual Basic.
Mr. Job holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification governed by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium and the Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Susan M. Kirton — Vice President of Human Resources,
USIS
Susan Kirton is vice president of Human Resources for US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS), a position she has held since September 2008.
In this role, Ms. Kirton works closely with the presidents of USIS' two divisions, the Investigations Services Division (ISD) and the Global Security and Solutions (GS&S) Division and their HR teams in a combined team approach. She coordinates talent management, employee engagement and development and compliance strategies. Over the past 12 years, she has been promoted to increasingly more responsible positions at USIS. Beginning in June 2007, Ms. Kirton served as director of Human Resources for the Investigative Services Division. Before that, she filled the role of director for that division's Staffing and Employee Development, where she managed efficient and timely recruitment of new employees and developed defined career paths within the division. Ms. Kirton also led a team leader development program.
Prior to USIS, Ms. Kirton worked in HR leadership roles in the retail and hospitality industries.
Ms. Kirton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.

E. Barry Levy — Vice President of Government Affairs,
USIS
E. Barry Levy is vice president of Government Affairs for US Investigations Services,
Inc. (USIS). Mr. Levy is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships
with members of the U.S. Congress and their staff and for developing responses to
congressional inquiries on behalf of corporate officers, sector leaders, and business
unit executives.
Mr. Levy came to USIS in January 2009 from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC),
where he held similar responsibilities as director of government relations for the
company's North American Public Sector. Previously, Mr. Levy had been director of
Business Development for Welkin Associates, where his primary focus areas were within
the Intelligence Community. Earlier in his career, as a Brookings fellow, Mr. Levy
served as the Defense Legislative Assistant to U.S. Congressman J.C. Watts, Jr.
(OK-4), responsible for legislative formation and counsel on national security,
foreign affairs, international trade, and telecommunications policy. Prior to this,
he was the military assistant to the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Trade
Security Policy. Mr. Levy was also a professor of financial management at the Defense
Systems Management College.
Mr. Levy served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Journalism and Telecommunications from the University of Southern California, Los
Angeles, a Master of Science degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Webster
University, and a Master of Science degree in psychology from the University of Northern
Colorado.

Samuel M. Kirton — Vice President of Corporate Security,
USIS
Sam Kirton is Vice President, Corporate Security for USIS. Mr. Kirton is responsible for day-to-day security operations and security compliance for USIS. These activities include management of all aspects of the USIS personnel security program, facility clearances, investigator credentialing, and the USIS Personally Identifiable Information (PII) program and compliance with regulatory guidance issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services.
Prior to joining USIS in 2006, Mr. Kirton worked for nine years at General Dynamics. He held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately managing an Intelligence Community business area while serving as the Senior Manager of Intelligence Mission Solutions for the firm’s Mission Operations Group. Before joining General Dynamics, Mr. Kirton served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years. His initial assignment was as a USAF Security Policeman supporting Strategic Air Command. Following that tour of duty, he was assigned to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), where he served for 17 years as a Special Agent. Mr. Kirton specialized in technical services at AFOSI and retired as a Technical Services Program Manager. In preparation for his program management role at AFOSI, he served in the policy arena developing implementation guidance for national and department policy as well as representing the agency at the national level.
Mr. Kirton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Maryland, University College. His professional affiliations include serving as the past chairman of the Contractor Special Security Working Group and memberships in the International Association of Chiefs of Police, ASIS International, and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance.

Robert W. Larrick, Jr. — Vice President of Contracts, USIS
Robert W. Larrick, Jr., is the Vice President of Contracts at USIS, one of Altegrity, Inc.'s three core businesses. As Vice President of Contracts, Mr. Larrick is responsible for all contracts, procurement and pricing activities for USIS and liaises with Altegrity on contractual issues.
Mr. Larrick joined USIS in April 2011 from Science Applications International Corporation where for more than 16 years he held multiple contracts positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as Vice President/Business Unit Director of Contracts since 2005. While there he was responsible for the oversight of approximately 60 contracts, procurement and pricing professionals, more than 400 active contracts and the submission of more than 350 proposals resulting in awards of $700M in FY2010.
From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Larrick served as a Sales Executive and Business Manager at CA (formerly Computer Associates International, Inc.) where he was responsible for business development and sales activities including the identification, qualification, positioning, capture and negotiation of new business to include the development and negotiation of commercial software licensing agreements and services agreements. He also promoted the company’s end-to-end e-business infrastructure products and solutions in the areas of enterprise management and information management.
Mr. Larrick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University.
