Philip T. Sweeney

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Philip Sweeney has served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, since December 2005. Previously, Mr. Sweeney served as Chief Financial Officer from March 1999 to December 2005, and as Corporate Controller from July 1996 to March 1999. Mr. Sweeney was a founding member of the management team that was involved in USIS’ privatization from the U.S. Government in July 1996. Prior to joining us, Mr. Sweeney worked for seven years at DynCorp where he held various positions, including the Controller position with DynCorp’s Advanced Technology Services Sector. Mr. Sweeney graduated with a B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University.
